Designation:- Content Writer

Job Description:-

We are looking for content writers to handle a range of creative writing assignments involving research and conceptualization. The selected candidate will research and create content, review the content created by other writers, plan and assign tasks, coordinate with other team members, and set quality benchmarks, among other tasks. The content needs to be original, factual, relevant, and child friendly.

Job Responsibilities:-

Ideating, planning, and writing creative content for children aged 5–10

Create age-appropriate English language content for children aged 5 to 10 years:

Ensure that the content/curriculum include activities and materials that align with the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical abilities of children aged 5 to 8 years, supporting their natural curiosity and providing opportunities for hands-on, experiential learning through engaging and interactive activities that cater to different learning styles and preferences.

Create a sequential progression for the English Language content

Design a language curriculum that follows a logical progression, building on previously learned concepts and skills. Ensure a gradual and systematic approach to supporting language development.

Integration of language skills:

Incorporate a balance of language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, into the curriculum.

Creating enriching and engaging content that yields impactful experiences for children.

Providing children with fact-based answers to indulge their curiosity.

Researching trending content and presenting the same age appropriately.

Enhancing the content with audio-visual aids to complement the user experience.

Understanding the development and configuration process of the content on Miko.

Collaborating within the team for task inputs and suggestions to ensure timely completion of assignments.

Job Requirements:-

Fresher or 1 year of experience in content writing or developing curriculum for FTE or 1 year as a contractual resource.

Proficient in the English language.

Excellent knowledge and interest in writing creative content.

Adept with Google Suite.

Understanding of child development and child-related trends.

Educational Requirements:-

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education

OR

B.Ed. with specialization in the English subject

OR

Masters in Education Management
