Roles & Responsibilities:
● Execute the integration of social media as a channel into all major company-wide initiatives such as brand campaigns, product launches, advocacy initiatives, and amplification of proprietary content
● Own and scale a comprehensive strategy for SmartCoin’s corporate social channels aligned with marketing goals
● Manage social media calendars for organic posts in collaboration with social media team members and across the organization
● Create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience
● Oversee the monitoring and reporting on social engagement, trends, and analytics; brief leadership on a regular basis
● Oversee and contribute to the creation of engaging B2C content to engage target audiences and increase followers
● Ideate and oversee the creation of visuals and videos that elevate SmartCoin while protecting brand guidelines
● Work closely with content manager and SEO team to identify opportunities for repurposing content on our different social channels
Social Media Manager Requirements:
● 3+ years of work experience in Consumer Marketing / Social Media Marketing.
● Full understanding of all social media platforms & related analytical tools to monitor success metrics
● Excellent written communication skills for producing high quality content/ postsIdea machine - catch trends and fast turnaround contextualizing them to brand needs
● Excellent presentation skills - Ability to articulate ideas and key objectives
● Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
● Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal with stakeholders
● Top-notch writing and editing ability – you produce engaging, accurate copy even under time pressure.
● Understanding of Online Reputation Management (ORM) will be an added advantage
