Job Description:

As a Cybersecurity Director at Vayavya Labs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our software solutions across various industries. Leveraging your extensive experience in cybersecurity and leadership skills, you will be responsible for driving cybersecurity initiatives, mentoring a team of engineers, and collaborating with clients to deliver robust and secure software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute cybersecurity strategies to safeguard Vayavya Labs' software solutions in Automotive, EDA, Semiconductors, and Networking domains.
• Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity engineers, providing guidance and support in developing automotive cybersecurity competency.
• Conduct Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA), Cybersecurity Assurance Level (CAL) derivation, Attack tree creation, and Vulnerability Analysis to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their cybersecurity requirements, conduct requirements analysis, and ensure compliance with ISO/SAE 21434 and ISO26262 standards.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity system architecture and documentation, including cybersecurity plans and concepts.
• Provide technical expertise and oversight in cybersecurity aspects related to software, hardware, and production phases.
• Offer solutions to clients, including tools and testing methods such as Penetration Testing and Fuzz Testing, to ensure the security of their software solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 15-18 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems and communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, BLE, SPI, I2C, UART.
• Proficiency in secure coding practices and secure-by-design concepts.
• Experience with cybersecurity standards such as ISO/SAE 21434 and ISO26262.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven track record of leading cybersecurity teams.
• TUV certification as a Cyber Security Engineer and Functional Safety Engineer.
