Synopsis:

Perennial Systems seeks for a meticulous and dynamic member for the Business Development Team of the International Business Vertical. The incumbent will contribute towards end to end account management, crafting the market sales process and roadmap, closing new business and achieving the opportunity-based sales quotas for self under the International Business Vertical. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head tohead opportunities.

About You:

As a front face of the International Business Team, you have excellent energy coupled with great communication skills alongside attention to details. You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver closures within timelines. Your role will center on ensuring the continuity of brand identity of Perennial Systems through varied approaches to marketing, including sales and relationship building for the SEA, US & UK market.

Who you are:

● Possess IT service selling experience & have good working experience with geographies such as South East Asia / US / UK.

● Have done end-to-end sales.

● Create and maintain a flow of regular business through Engagements for our service offerings.

● Plan and achieve quarterly and yearly targets in terms of number of leads generated.

● Lead from the front, in terms of outbound efforts to generate leads, and thereby motivate team members to follow suit.

● Maintain reports, daily, and monthly to help management see clarity and provide constructive feedback.

● Ideate to create better processes for data building, email-campaigns and better and quicker deal closures.

● Work closely with the sales head and together design strategies to better the processes.

● Devise email campaigns and strategies to get better traction for the same.

● Consistently meet and overachieve set targets.

● Keen to do the same including negotiations and closures independently.

● Work towards expanding the already existing market presence of the service vertical of Perennial Systems.

● Possess great communication, presentation, documentation and negotiation skills.

● Process oriented & Adaptable to work as per business needs

● Result oriented and have a passion to drive things independently.

What you'll do:

Your specific duties in this role will include:

● Spearhead independently as Account Manager for one of the service based engagements and play the lead role in its acquisition.

● Drive the markets (SEA, US, UK) and help in scaling across domains.

● Break Sales roadmap into doable actions and set timeframes.

● End to end account management for existing clients as well as acquisition of new accounts.

● Define and Implement Sales Strategy.

● Act as the point of contact for all stakeholders including Digital Marketing and Support.

● Ensure continuity of Business.

● Align with the strategy of Business Head and Management.

● Motivate the team and ensure continuity of delivery in sales.

● Relationship building with existing and new clients.

● Building the Perennial Talent Partnering Brand in the market.
