    Introduction

    We are looking for 10+ years experienced candidates for the role of Technical Lead

    Job Description

    • Should have minimum 8 years of coding experience in various Dotnet technologies.
    • Should have excellent written and Oral communication skill.
    • Should have at least 2 years of experience in leading 10+ member team.
    • Act as a liaison between the client and the team to provide effective technical solutions for the requirements raised by the client.
    • Execute the project in Agile methodology and deliver the requirements with proper sprint and release planning
    • Should be able to prioritize and perform tasks effectively.

    • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
    • Validate the project implementation against requirements and technical specifications/architecture.
    • Knowledge of various project management tools like Jira.
    • Responsibilities include:
    • Work based on the priorities set by client.
    • Daily progress monitoring and reporting
    • Review and approve pull requests from team members.
    • Manage Deployment with the support of Devops team

    Primary Skills :

    • .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#, Angular, MongoDB, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, REST

    Secondary Skills :

    • Devops and Cloud Native, Docker, GCP knowledge
