Job Description: We are seeking an Associate Manager - Software Engineer with a strong background in backend development to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of experience leading software engineering teams, with a proven track record of success on technically challenging projects. They should possess hands-on coding experience in Python, Java, or Node.js, as well as familiarity with mobile programming for Android or iOS platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and architecting large-scale distributed systems
• Working with microservices and distributed architecture
• Leading software engineering teams
• Implementing coding standards and best practices
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products
• Utilizing Agile development methodologies, with Scrum Master experience preferred
• Managing software development lifecycle, including release management
• Ensuring the quality and performance of software through code reviews, testing, and operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a Tier 1 or Tier 1.5 college
• Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and database systems
• Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
• Experience with Kubernetes and data ETL pipelines (e.g., Redshift, RDS, S3, Lambda)
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles, High-Level Design (HLD), and Low-Level Design (LLD)
• Proficiency in WebSockets and REST APIs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
