About the Role:

As a Corporate Employee Benefits Manager, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and secure new business for the company's Gratuity, Superannuation, Leave Encashment, Group Term Insurance, and Employee Deposit Linked Insurance (EDLI) policies. You will focus on developing and nurturing relationships with Finance and HR heads/departments of corporate clients in Mumbai to understand their benefits needs and offer tailored solutions.

Your role as a Manager - Employee Benefit will have the following responsibilities:

  • Concern candidates are responsible to generate leads of corporates and close their Gratuity / Superannuation / Leave Encashment / Group Term Insurance / EDLI etc policies.
  • For this they have to develop relationships/ follow up with Finance & HR heads/departments for the generation of leads and closer to the same.
  • Ideal people should have corporate clients in Mumbai. A person should be mobile and should have good communication skills.
  • Candidates understand financial markets will be a boon.
