Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for driving - sales generation and disbursals through the partners/referrals/WhatsApp/Counsellor/Bank Manager database.
- Identification & recruitment of SMs, ROs and SOs.
- Sourcing and managing partners from the market and acquiring business from them.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of products, operation, and current market trends.
- Keen observation and monitoring on IRR(ROI), Processing fee and Delinquencies .
- Achieve New Business targets from time to time.
- Achieve Revenue Target VS Achievement on Disbursements targets.
- Conducting periodic performance reviews with SMs
- Establish sales reporting mechanisms, MIS as per company standards.
