Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic lead to oversee our client servicing functions in the rapidly evolving digital rewards and loyalty space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with India's top 14 banks majorly, along with a few retail clients, e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and corporate clients, to provide seamless service delivery across digital rewards, corporate gifting, loyalty programs, cashback points, digital gift cards, and white-label solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Client Growth: Focus on acquiring new banking clients and finding opportunities to increase business with existing ones. Work to grow revenue and strengthen relationships with banking partners.
- Banking Alliances & Relationships: Build and manage strong relationships with top banking clients. Be the main contact for these clients and work closely with them to meet their goals and provide value through customized solutions.
- Technical Coordination & API Integration: Manage the technical side of client projects by working with GyFTR’s technical teams and banking clients to ensure smooth API integrations and solution delivery.
- Negotiations: Lead discussions with finance teams from partner banks to finalize agreements, ensuring both sides benefit and create long-term value.
- Account Management: Split time equally between business development (50%) and ongoing client servicing (50%) to ensure clients are satisfied and relationships grow. Serve as the primary contact for managing client needs.
- Client Requirements & Planning: Gather and document what clients need for the future. Use this information to plan for upcoming projects and find growth opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Regularly meet with clients, focusing on the most important accounts while addressing the needs of others in the portfolio.
- Client Data & Tracking: Keep track of all client interactions, meetings, and action items. Ensure all client information is up-to-date and projects are moving forward smoothly.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Client Servicing & Banking: At least 10+ years of experience in client servicing, business development, and managing banking relationships. Strong knowledge of banking operations and financial services.
- Proven Business Development Success: Experience in acquiring and managing top banking clients, driving growth, and building strong partnerships.
- Face-to-Face Client Interaction: Comfortable with direct client meetings and negotiations, particularly with high-level bank representatives.
- API Integration Knowledge: Understanding of how API integrations work and the ability to ensure smooth coordination between technical teams and banking clients.
- Financial & Commercial Skills: Experience negotiating contracts and understanding banking financial models and agreements.
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to clearly communicate ideas and present effectively to clients and internal teams.
- Large Account Management: Experience managing large accounts (100 crore+) and ensuring client retention & satisfaction.
Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience leading teams, mentoring staff, and working with internal teams to achieve business objectives and meet client needs.
