Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Quation Solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis using Python and SQL and will help us extract valuable insights from our data, enabling smarter business decisions. Prior experience or exposure to inventory management, retail, or the fashion industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and data needs.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate data findings.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Utilize Python for data cleaning, manipulation, and visualization.
• Write complex SQL queries to retrieve, update, and manage data in databases.
• Assist in creating models to predict and forecast trends within the retail or fashion sector (if applicable).

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and manipulation.
• Strong SQL skills for database management and query optimization.
• Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for clear reporting of findings.

Bonus Skills:

• Any prior experience with inventory management, retail, or fashion industry data.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a Data Analyst role.
