About InCred product and services:

InCred is a new-age financial services group that leverages technology and data-science to make lending quick and easy.

At InCred Financial Services we build cloud native distributed services to solve the most challenging problems of scale. These services are developed in different programming languages as we pick up the best language to solve a problem. Following are some of the languages we use to build our services NodeJS, Python, Java, Elixir, Golang and Typescript.

Our infrastructure is developed using IAAC where the DevOps team uses CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, AWS-CDK to create and maintain the infrastructure.

We are working on real time streaming problems in the areas of lending, disbursement, customer engagement. We are leveraging Apache Spark, Kafka, Kinesis for designing different solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities-

Recruitment:

  • Responsible for entire Recruitment Lifecycle in Engineering and Tech Product; from sourcing to on-boarding within TAT
  • Sourcing potential candidates from various job portals
  • Assist the Business HR partner in HR related activities
  • Work closely with hiring managers and respective stakeholders to close open positions at the earliest
  • Documentation, pre-onboarding and Onboarding formalities
  • Follow up with the respective offered candidates for joining dates, queries related to onboarding etc.

Generalist activities:

  • Responsible for the entire lifecycle of employees - from sourcing to exit; along with working on special projects.
  • Provides day-to-day guidance to stakeholders and employees
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationship and increase productivity and retention.
  • Conducting employee engagement activities
  • Help with HR operations work


Desired candidates should have:

  • MBA with relevant technical recruitment experience
  • Handson experience with job portals and closing positions through referrals
  • Good communication skills
