Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive recruitment coordinator to manage and streamline the hiring process at Truva. This role focuses on coordinating recruitment efforts across various departments by sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates through social platforms while fostering strong relationships with prospective talent. As a key liaison between internal teams and external agencies, you will ensure smooth communication, drive efficient hiring processes, and enhance employer branding. With a keen eye for detail and strategic thinking, you will play a crucial role in optimizing Truva’s talent acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Close both non-technical and technical open positions at Truva
- Work with recruitment agencies and internal teams, improving turnaround time and streamlining hiring efforts.
- Work with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and job descriptions
- Work on third party platforms like LinkedIn, Zoho, Naukri etc to further augment hiring pipeline
- Manage the whole hiring process from sourcing to offer stage
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with managers, employees, and candidates.
- Proven experience as an internal or external recruiter.
- Ability to effectively manage recruitment agencies and hiring processes.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about relationship-building and excited to work in an early-stage startup.
