KYC Team Lead - Customer Delight Team

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and assessing documentation regarding potential new clients
• Evaluating high-risk accounts
• Monitoring customer behaviour patterns within the firm
• Analysing risk and compliance issues of new product proposals
• Manage team calibration with Quality Control (QC) to close the feedback loop on quality-checked records and make corrections to KYC record.
• Work with Management to implement process improvements (coach and training staff) that are developed
• Work with Management to implement process improvements that are developed
• Checking and providing approval of work conducted by junior team members
• Performs independent check of KYC
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to provide exception management reporting & MIS
• Assist in the development and implementation of a centralized KYC/AML ownership protocol; and,
• Develop strong working relationships with the RMs
