JOB PURPOSE:
Understanding business processes and business requirements of the customers and translating
them into software specific requirements, do gap analysis and define detailed SOW along with BA
To provide Technical Support and to do Project / Resource Management
To create Technical Design & Architecture
Full Stack Developer and implement both frontend & backend code
To deliver and implement Web based solutions
To configure, deploy & implement applications on Client Production / UAT Servers

Defining a world-class customer/delivery experience for our customers
Plan and execute initiatives related to Delivery and Customer Experience for scale and
sustainability.
Responsible for defining the project processes and best practices and also ensure compliance to
the processes defined to ensure quality delivery at the right time
Provide administrative/technical support to project team and ensure program deliverables are met
timely and efficiently
Understanding of existing code
Work independently on any functionality
Ability to perform the unit testing and coordinate with testing team
Ability to design software based on the technical specifications provided
Understanding of requirement documents and transcribing it into code
Responsible for interacting with the Business Users to understand the requirements and identify
the relevant epics and stories in collaboration with Business Analysts
Participate in technical design discussions with Manager and BA to ensure adequate level of details
are captured
Responsible for working with the Technical team to help remove any technical roadblocks & aid in
ensuring implementation continuity during the iteration
Attend program/project-related status meetings to share relevant updates with Project Stake
Holders and analyse variations and take corrective actions for the observed variations
To provide timely support & bug resolution under AMC and management of new CR(s) /
enhancements
Agile project planning activities with the team to define, estimate and plan tasks and then taking
ownership to deliver
Maintains high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and
habits.
Code implementation for various DMS and other Applications
8+ years of experience in development & management of Web based applications
7+ years of experience in both frontend & backend development
Strong experience in developing accessible front-end applications with Angular(version 8 &
above)
Good Experience in Bootstrap, Materials, CSS & HTML5
Strong Experience in Frameworks like Spring Boot / Spring Cloud, Hibernate
Knowledge of Web/Application Servers like Apache Tomcat, Node/Express
Experience in working with Tools like Eclipse, Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, STS (Spring tool
suite), SVN
Detailed knowledge of Dealer Management System (DMS) and after sales processes of
automobile / manufacturing industries
Experience in handling Mobility solutions.
Knowledge of Cloud Architecture & Deployment tools like Docker, Jenkins will be an added
advantage
Knowledge of Log Monitoring tools like Elastic will be an added advantage
Experience with service-oriented architectures and microservices
Knowledge of SQL Queries, Procedures & Triggers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethics, flexibility, proven attention to details and quality
Strong debugging/diagnostic and analytical skills
Highly motivated and willing to work in a rapidly evolving environment

REQUISITES:
Experience in both frontend and backend technologies and development
Exposure to Jasper Reports will be an added advantage
Should have good knowledge of database (SQL Server) , SQL Queries and SQL joins
Hands on experience in developing and implementing Web & Mobile Applications
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good knowledge of after sales processes/solutions for automobile / manufacturing industries
like Dealer Management System (DMS), ERP, Inventory Management, CRM, Enquiry
management, After Sales Service & Warranty Management, etc.
