Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager with 5+ years of experience in both hunting (new client acquisition) and farming (existing client relationship management) to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing strategic key accounts, building strong relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Client Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Provide strategic advice and consultation to clients on how they can maximize the value of Easebuzz’s services.
- Ensure clients are onboarded successfully and have a seamless experience with the Easebuzz platform.

Business Development (Hunting):
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the key accounts portfolio.
- Proactively prospect and develop new leads, working to convert them into loyal customers.
- Research industry trends and competitor offerings to identify areas for business development.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for new business development.

Account Growth & Retention (Farming):
- Focus on upselling and cross-selling additional products/services to existing clients.
- Monitor account performance, ensuring clients are achieving maximum value from the Easebuzz platform.
- Address client issues and find proactive solutions to ensure retention and growth.
- Work with the customer success team to ensure client satisfaction and renewal.

Reporting & Analytics:
- Provide regular reports and feedback to the management team regarding client status, progress, and potential opportunities.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for each account.

Collaboration & Strategy:
- Collaborate with the product, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of strategies to drive revenue growth and improve client relationships.

Negotiation & Contract Management:
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during contract negotiations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role, with experience in both hunting and farming.
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts, as well as acquiring new business.
- Strong understanding of digital payment solutions, fintech, and related industries is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
