    About the Role:

    We are looking for a skilled Salesforce CDP Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Customer Data Platform (CDP) and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data solutions that unify customer data across various systems. This role requires a deep understanding of data integration, data modeling, and customer identity resolution within the Salesforce ecosystem.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement data pipelines to ingest and unify customer data from multiple sources into Salesforce CDP.
    • Integrate data from various CRM systems, marketing platforms, e-commerce systems, and other data sources.
    • Develop custom algorithms or use out-of-the-box Salesforce CDP tools to manage duplicate records and ensure data integrity.
    • Define and implement dynamic segmentation rules based on real-time data and customer behavior.
    • Enable the creation of targeted customer segments for personalized marketing, sales, and service initiatives.
    • Build and manage automated workflows within Salesforce CDP to activate customer data across Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

      Qualifications:

      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
      • Experience:
        • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including specific experience with Salesforce CDP.
        • Proven experience with data integration, ETL processes, and data modeling.
        • Experience with identity resolution and customer data management.
      • Technical Skills:
        • Proficiency in Salesforce CDP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
        • Strong programming skills in languages like SQL, Python, or Apex.
        • Experience with data governance, data privacy regulations, and compliance.
      • Soft Skills:
        • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
        • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
        • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
