Job Title: -

Product Analyst

As a member of the Product team, you will be:

● Assisting our supply chain financing (SCF) business, by:

○ Conduct thorough analysis to understand the current processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

○ Work with the PM and stakeholders to continue to refine business requirement

○ Create, maintain and review business requirements as PRFAQ and Epics / User Stories in Jira.

● Resolving user/partner issues, by:

○ Collaborating with Technical Support team members to properly triage and manage incoming inquiries to resolve in a timely manner

○ Gathering the required information necessary in order to best handle the technical issues

○ Owning the root cause fix of the issues and continually driving issues encountered down with a focus on automation and operations excellence

○ Willing to provide weekend coverage, if and when needed to handle emergencies

● Presenting data-driven insights and analysis to non-technical stakeholders with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Exhibiting strong problem-solving skills

● Making timely updates about new feature releases to the documentation portal

● Multitasking in a fast paced environment

● Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to understand the business processes, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis

Qualifications:

An ideal candidate would have:

● 1+ years of experience as

○ A Product analyst (Banking/Fintech experience would be an added advantage),

OR,

○ A software developer

● Intellectual curiosity and learning drive to create continuous improvement - a core value

● Experience in collaborating with users and partners is preferred

● Strong communication & management skills

● Working knowledge of Excel/Google sheets

● A great attitude and calm demeanour

● Basic knowledge of APIs and SQL queries.
