Minimum Education : MBA-HR

Work Experience 16 years - 20 Years

Age Range 35 years - 45 Years

Industry Exposure Required

Proven track record of a people manager, strong on data analysis, strong understanding of

policy procedures, ability to think outside the box, Solution centric approach

IT Knowledge/ Other Competencies MS Office, worked on HRIS tools.

Travel Must be open.
