About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Campaign Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing effective CRM campaigns across various channels including push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, and email. This role demands a data-driven approach to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
  • Design and execute targeted campaigns via push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of CRM campaigns, utilizing metrics to optimize future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like design and data teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in CRM and adopt best practices to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure all CRM activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM or related marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM marketing automation tools like Moengage, Clevertap, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data management.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
