across five countries. Utilizing advanced analytics, our Loyalty, Experience & Rewards Platform provides
personalized experiences. Services include platform and loyalty program management, along with
concierge services for premium customers.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Sr. Director to lead our new organization dedicated to developing
next-generation customer loyalty engagement products. This role is crucial for scaling our offerings
internationally and building a comprehensive, data-driven customer engagement ecosystem. The Sr.
Director will drive the creation and execution of ambitious reward programs that deliver exceptional value
to our clients and their customers.
This pivotal role drives the strategic revolution in Product Management, driving a modernization initiative
to shatter conventional stereotype practices and redefine the function.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
▪ Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for next-gen customer loyalty
engagement products.
▪ Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of the product vision.
▪ Drive innovation and identify market opportunities to differentiate our offerings.
Product Development:
▪ Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
▪ Ensure the development of scalable, flexible, and robust products that meet international market
needs.
▪ Foster a Data-driven & Imagination approach to product development, leveraging analytics and
customer insights.
Market Expansion:
▪ Develop and execute strategies to scale our loyalty engagement products internationally.
▪ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and go-to-
market strategies.
▪ Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to support global expansion.
Team Leadership and Development:
▪ Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers, designers, engineers,
and data analysts.
▪ Create a collaborative and innovative culture that promotes continuous learning and
development.
▪ Set clear goals and performance metrics to drive accountability and results.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
▪ Engage with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure high satisfaction
levels.
▪ Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align product strategies with
business objectives.
▪ Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to showcase our
product vision and capabilities.
Educational Background:
Master’s degree in Computer Science or a Bachelor’s in Technology with an MBA from a reputed
institution.
Experience:
15 years of Product Management experience, with at least 7 years in building products for Loyalty
Management Systems, Platforms, BFSI, Payments, e-Commerce, or related areas.

▪ Proven hands-on experience in developing AI-powered products.
▪ Knowledge of Generative AI is highly preferred.
▪ Strong understanding of sprint and agile methodologies.
