Role- Head of Partnerships (Sales)

Job Responsibilities :

  • Understand the different products of ImageKit and industries we operate in and create new partnership models suitable for them.
  • Drive all stages of the partnership, including partner identification, partnership agreement, bringing stakeholders together, program management, and execution.
  • Set up a Partnership Team, including Partner Managers, and work with other internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and tech, to ensure successful partnership outcomes.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to track the success and impact of partnerships and take any corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and potential growth areas.

Requirements :

  • Have set up and led a Partnership program at a SaaS company for at least 3 years with a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships or in a strategy function
  • Past experience in setting up a partner model from scratch is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in using any tool to manage and monitor a partner program is preferred.
  • A conceptual understanding of the cloud, websites, and apps is preferred.
  • Willing to be hands-on and work autonomously and remotely.
