Job Description: Product Designer

Experience Level: 1 to 6 years

Location: Dwarka Sec 19, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and high-performing experiences for users across web and mobile trading platforms.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, traders, quants, and fellow designers to conceptualize and implement design solutions.
• Conduct user research and analysis to gain insights into user needs and behaviors, informing design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs ensuring consistency and a cohesive visual language.
• Create marketing materials for growth campaigns and blog posts.
• Establish and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across all design outputs.
• Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
• Coordinate with external contract design resources as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies in the blockchain and derivatives industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UX, UI, or product design experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Framer.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience in user research and testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree in a related design major or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience designing for DeFi, blockchain, or crypto-related projects.
• Interest or experience in FinTech.
• Knowledge of NodeJs, ReactJS, HTML/CSS, and front-end development.
• Trading experience in traditional markets or crypto, familiarity with derivative products.
