Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze data and build EDAs to identify data patterns.

• Hands-on and strong understanding of concepts in Deep Learning and NLP

• Proficient in TensorFlow and similar libraries

• Highly proficient in text analytics techniques such as Stemming, Lemmatization, Boosting etc

• Should have demonstrable and defendable experience in Data Science

• Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms using the latest frameworks.

• Collaborate with other data scientists, data engineers, and product stakeholders to ensure the end-to-

end success of the solutions.

• Communicate the value of data models through logical, and cohesive stories.

• Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges.

• Exhibit a passion for clean code and simple solutions to complex problems.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years' experience in data analytics, data science, quantitative analysis using statistical computer

languages (Python SQL, etc.) to draw insights from large data sets.

• 3+ years' experience in Python development, preferably delivering production code for data

applications.

• History of delivering enterprise grade solutions for NLP, Deep Learning problems

• Experience with a variety of AI predictive learning techniques such as decision trees, random forest,

logistical regression, clustering, taxonomies, statistical classifications, etc.

• Experience with unstructured data or computer vision models is a plus.

• Experience with SQL is a big plus.

• Extensive model implementation experience using Scikit learn, Keras, PyTorch or XGBoost

• Experience designing and developing for security critical applications; experience with the specifics

for HIPAA/PHI/PII/GDPR a big plus.

• Basic experience with Linux, Git, Jupyter Notebooks is must.

• Knowledge of Agile development practices

• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to a rapidly changing environment.

• Experience with distributed computational techniques and job orchestration tools and platforms is

very valuable: airflow, Argo, etc.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

1.Once the ID in ATS is created, your team has to upload the profiles in our ATS only and notify the list of the profiles shared in the ATS. (You have to mention the candidate about Recro and the interview process).

2. Our team will take these profiles ahead and send those candidates a hackerearth test.

3. Hackereath Qualifieds will be taken forward for Tech interview and those who qualify tech round will be taken forward for the Client rounds.
