As the Head Partner Network at Raise, you will drive strategic initiatives to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and enhanced profitability. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the business's expansion strategy while fostering innovation and excellence in execution. We are seeking a visionary and seasoned leader with a proven track record in partner management, a deep understanding of the capital markets ecosystem, and exceptional strategic and relationship-building skills. Result-driven, someone who thrives on pushing boundaries and with an ability to think creatively and uncover unique solutions to drive value.

Expected Responsibilities:
● Spearhead the network of Authorized Partners and Offline Partners through a dedicated team to achieve channel targets and drive growth.
● Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance partner engagement and channel effectiveness.
● Establish and nurture productive relationships with key stakeholders across the capital markets industry, including Authorized Partners, Offline Partners, and other key platforms.
● Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
● Provide ongoing guidance to team members to ensure seamless execution of channel strategies.
● Negotiate and close high-value partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with business objectives.
● Drive the development and implementation of effective partner onboarding strategies to maximize productivity and engagement.
● Track and analyze performance metrics across the team, ensuring channel productivity and identifying areas for improvement.
● Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities in order to drive more revenues.
● Foster and develop relationships with new clients while maintaining an excellent rapport with the existing ones.
● Understand partner needs and craft tailored solutions to address their challenges and opportunities effectively.
● Collaborate with product, growth, and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions and maximize partner satisfaction.
● Conduct timely sales forecasts and present insights to senior leadership to guide decision-making.
● Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments in the financial and investment sectors and Indian markets.
Expected Skills:-
● 12-16 years of work experience with at least 8-10 years of experience working in a similar role
● Good communication and presentation skills
● Strong negotiation skills and tenacity to seek new business and meet / exceed revenue targets
● Strong interpersonal skills for building and developing great client relationships
● A sound ability to understand sales performance and take effective measures to further improvise
● Result oriented and collaborative approach with a laser focus for clients
● Self-starter, high on initiative and confidence to start things from scratch
