Job Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning:

 Drive end-to-end recruitment for the North-East cluster, ensuring timely hiring for store and regional positions.

 Partner with local consultants, job portals, and networks to source the right talent.

 Collaborate with regional and corporate teams for manpower planning and ensure smooth store expansions.

2. Employee Engagement & HR Operations:

 Act as a bridge between stores and corporate HR for employee queries, grievances, and policy adherence.

 Conduct regular store visits to engage with employees, address concerns, and drive motivation.

 Ensure seamless onboarding & induction for new hires in the North-East region.

3. Compliance & Payroll Coordination:

 Ensure statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, and other labor laws are adhered to.

 Coordinate with the payroll team for attendance tracking, leave management, and salary processing for the region.

4. Performance Management & Training:

 Support the performance appraisal process for store-level employees in the cluster.

 Identify training needs and coordinate with the L&D team to implement employee development programs.

5. HR Analytics & Reporting:

 Maintain and update HR dashboards for attrition, hiring status, and employee engagement metrics.

 Provide regular manpower reports to corporate HR and suggest strategic improvements.

Key Requirements:

✅ Must be from the North-East region (Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, etc.).

✅ 4-7 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, or multi-location operations.

✅ Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws.

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✅ Willing to travel to North-East stores frequently.

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel & HR software.
