Key Responsibilities Areas:

Strategic Sales Planning:

I. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives and market trends.

II. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.

Client Relationship Management:

I. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions.

II. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on how our Ed Tech offerings can address their educational goals and improve learning outcomes.

New Business Development:

I. Identify and target potential customers, institutions, and organizations within the education sector to expand the company's client base.

II. Utilize market research and networking to generate leads, build prospect lists, and initiate outreach efforts.

Sales Execution:

I. Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a smooth and customer-focused experience.

II. Deliver persuasive presentations, product demonstrations, and value propositions to prospective clients.

Collaborative Approach:

I. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales strategies.

II. Provide valuable insights from the field to inform product enhancements and service improvements.

Sales Performance Analysis:

I. Track and analyze sales metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue targets, and provide regular reports to the leadership team.

II. Identify areas of improvement and recommend adjustments to sales strategies based on performance data.
