Responsibilities:

  • Shape and communicate Hudle’s vision and mission through marketing & advertising with a key focus on growth strategies
  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Manage all Brand Partnerships & Alliances
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Manage an agency or a team of marketing, social media, SEO, creatives people working on brand initiatives
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Take ownership of Hudle marketing & communication on all online (Hudle app, social media, alliances) and offline (on-ground branding, activations, event partnerships) channels
  • Work closely with the product team and give suggestions based on marketing campaign insights
  • Work closely with the business team for a holistic understanding of the business and then ideate brand marketing & growth strategies
  • Build Hyper-local communities around sport through online and offline channels and manage them on the Hudle app
  • Approach & coordinate with Sports & Fitness influencers to host games on Hudle and promote them on social media
  • Ideate and plan event intellectual properties to market the brand to a wider audience
  • Coordinate with brand partners to organize events & activities

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven working experience of 5-7+ years as Brand Manager
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Masters Degree in marketing or a related field
