Key Responsibilities:

Managing Existing Brand Relationships:

  • Lead and oversee brand relationship strategies within the organization.
  • Supervise the client servicing team, ensuring seamless coordination and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with finance teams to optimize P&L for brand partnerships.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to close agreements efficiently.
  • Ensure smooth API and system integrations by aligning with IT teams.

Driving New Business Development & Servicing:

  • Identify and scout new brand partnerships to expand business opportunities.
  • Drive lead generation, commercial discussions, and high-impact negotiations.
  • Understand client needs and onboard brands accordingly to enhance service offerings.

Reporting, Analysis, and Brand Reviews:

  • Develop and present comprehensive reports and business insights for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Regularly analyze market trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Market Understanding & Competitive Strategy:

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of industry dynamics, client needs, and market trends.
  • Position GyFTR as the preferred digital rewards partner for leading enterprises.

Technical Execution & Negotiations:

  • Manage API integrations between our platform and partner brands for seamless execution.
  • Lead financial negotiations with partner brands to maximize commercial success.

Qualifications & Skills:

10+ years of experience in client servicing, strategic partnerships, or fintech alliances.
✔ Proven leadership in managing high-value partnerships and driving business growth.
✔ Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
✔ Expertise in P&L management and legal contract handling.
✔ Understanding of API integrations and digital transformation trends in fintech.
