Job Description:

• Acquisition and managing of large & mid-market Education enterprise clients

• Develop an excellent understanding of Easebuzz’s product suite and its USPs

• Follow a solutioning based sales approach that addresses the pain points of clients

• Ability to reach out to CXOs and senior leaders in the Finance / IT identify opportunities and provide a customized pitch of the Easebuzz product suite

• Develop and work in collaboration with Channel Partners for generating new opportunities.

• Understand the market and produce the USP’s of the in-house products that are developed.

• Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis.

• Hunter Instinct: Identify and open new organizations as clients and strategic partners.

• Overall responsibility for Sales/Account Management/Sales Strategy
• Develop a relationship with an existing set of clients.
• Responsible for acquisition, Revenue maximization, and Client retention
• analyse data trends and client performance, develop solid strategic sales plans, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and sales presentations.
• Increase sales of the Company’s products and achieve the agreed targets within the key accounts.
• Analysed sales performance based on defined key performance indicators, and to set up improvements to reach the best results.
