Position Overview & Responsibilities:
We're on the lookout for an entrepreneurial Business development and marketing Maverick with a proven history in the Polymer Industry. As a key player, you'll be instrumental in shaping our market presence, forging strategic alliances, and driving profitable revenue growth.

Market Analysis:
● Dive deep into market dynamics and identifying opportunities in the Polymer Industry for India as well as potential export markets.
● Craft sales strategies fueled by competitive intelligence and real-time market insights to enter new markets and acquire customers with focus on Antioxidants, UV stabilizers, Functional Additives, Pigments, Fillers, etc amongst other speciality chemicals.

Own your PnL:

● Crush PnL targets and manage cash flows through relentless lead generation, strategic prospecting, and quick conversion tactics.
● Deliver lightning-fast, accurate sales forecasts and reports to fuel growth engine.
● Collaborate with internal teams for documentation & process driven order fulfillment.

Hustle for building a Business:
● Make quick inroads into the market by establishing connections with end customers in the Polymer Industry ecosystem (focus on masterbatches, polymer compounds, PVC, Packaging and Engineering Polymer Industries) across India.
● Fearlessly negotiate and close deals that propel our growth trajectory for Sales.
● Swiftly address customer inquiries, continuous improvement for better conversion

Product Prowess:
● Figure out gaps in the market with focus on above mentioned industries and product categories to to build a profitable business
● Stay on the bleeding edge of industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory shifts in the export Industrial Chemical market.
● Having thorough knowledge of necessary registration procedures for domestic licenses and work with internal teams to get it executed for compliant business

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. MBA is a power-up.
● A minimum of 5 years of turbo-charged experience in sales or business development of Antioxidants, UV Stabilisers, Plasticizers, Colour Pigments,
Titanium Dioxide, Fillers, PV Stabilizers and other additives with a spotlight on India and experience in exports would be a positive.
● Experience in selling commodity polymers with a strong customer network can be considered as well.
● Expertise in above mentioned products, coupled with a keen sense of market trends and adaptive regulatory understanding.
● Proven ability to build and sustain impactful business relationships.
● The role requires candidates with an affinity for action and needs to adapt to a fast-moving environment
● Self-motivated, numbers focussed, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
