Exp - 4 + Years

Requirements:

  1. Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role.
  2. Overall experience of minimum 3+ years in software solution selling, or into the fintech industry.
  3. Experience in creating and managing channel sales.
  4. Experience in working with Banks as a channel partner will be highly preferable.
  5. Experience in creating and managing a high-performance sales team.
  6. Experience in setting up processes, Standard Operating Procedures, and continuous performance appraisal through relevant metrics.
  7. Strong communication and team management skills
  8. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  9. Availability to travel all over the assigned territory.
  10. Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field
  11. Language preference – English, Hindi

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  2. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer/partner accounts
  3. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers/partners.
  4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  6. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  7. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs
  8. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
  9. Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
