Role: Full Stack Developer
Experience: 3-5 years
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid - occasional office visits required)
Role Overview:
As a Full Stack Developer at enParadigm, you will play a crucial role in the software development life cycle, contributing from conception to deployment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in React.js or Angular, and experience in backend technologies such as Java, Node.js, Python, or GO. SQL database experience is a must, and familiarity with PHP is acceptable if complemented by experience in another backend tech stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development teams and product managers to conceptualize software solutions
- Design client-side and server-side architecture
- Develop responsive front-end applications with visually appealing designs
- Manage and optimize databases and applications
- Write efficient APIs
- Conduct testing to ensure software responsiveness and efficiency
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software as needed
- Implement security and data protection settings
- Create features and applications with a mobile-responsive design
- Generate technical documentation
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to enhance software
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: B.Tech/BE Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a relevant field
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in React.js or Angular
- Proficiency in multiple front-end languages and libraries (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
- Strong experience in any backend tech like Java, Node.js, Python, GO.
- Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (Apache), and UI/UX design (SQL database experience)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- If experience is more in PHP then will need some experience in any other backend tech stack.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to visit the office occasionally (once or twice a week/month)
- Candidates preferring hybrid work (Bangalore) are preferred over remote-only candidates
- Candidates currently in Bangalore or open to relocation to Bangalore are welcome
