Role - Business Development Representative Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, social media, and networking.
  • Qualifying Leads: Assess the potential of leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and buying processes to ensure they are a good fit for the company's products or services.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, providing them with relevant information, resources, and support to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings, demos, or calls for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handoff to account executives or sales managers.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads using CRM software, ensuring all interactions and progress are recorded accurately.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and share feedback from prospects to improve offerings and processes.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, qualified leads, and meetings set.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, 3 plus years is mandatorily, and 2 years experience in Team leading is crucial
  • Lead generation, outbound sales, End to end sales, B2B SAAS, Enterprise sales, Domestic sales.
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
  • Contact and qualify potential customers
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads
  • Experience in handling team for minimum 2 years until and unless its an exceptional profile.
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
