JOB DESCRIPTION:

Inshorts is looking for a candidate to work in the capacity of Agency Relationship Manager
(North).
Responsibilities:

● Develop good relations with top media agencies within the north like GroupM, Publicis
Media, Dentsu, Interactive Avenues, Madison etc.
● Initiating & closing the annual deal at exclusive rates.
● Specific strategic collab including product integration
● Getting business intelligence data about competition & digital ecosystem by closely
working with top & mid-senior leads
● Leading Inshorts as an agency representative from north region in digital conferences &
client meetings
● Conceptualising, planning & executive Roadshows to have a bigger impact among
agency planners, strategists & key decision makers.
● Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities
● Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them
● Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand
● Help promote and maintain a positive company image
● Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff does the same.
● Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business
improvement.


Essential Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
● 3 - 5 years of experience in interactive ad sales with a track record of successfully
managing client relations, negotiating and closing deals
● Knowledge of Digital Business & Sales is mandatory
● An MBA degree from Tier 1 college will be an added advantage
● Must have a great rapport with top and mid-tier digital agencies and clients
● Skill set must include expertise in digital solution selling, pricing, inventory control, brand
solutions and campaign management
● Strong Communication skills and a positive & go-getter attitude
● Should be a top achiever in past Sales and BD stints
