Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage greenfield custom software projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for US clients, understanding their requirements and translating them into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA testers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, including timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
• Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing among team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into project management processes where applicable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects for US clients, preferably in the insurance or healthcare domains.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software building processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are a plus.
