Team for Ecosystem:
We are looking to hire key roles for ecosystem in Ahmedabad, Pune, and Jaipur as part of our initial rollout across 5 hubs.
Role Overview:
The Ecosystem Manager is responsible for executing programs, stakeholder management, and community-building activities within a specific hub. This role ensures the smooth implementation of initiatives, events, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Execution: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring effective delivery of programs and initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with incubators, accelerators, startups, mentors, investors, and corporates.
Event Management: Plan and execute events such as workshops, pitch clinics, networking meetups, and hackathons.
Startup Support: Coordinate mentoring programs, investor connects, and pitch preparation sessions for startups.
Partnership Development: Identify and onboard partners for program execution and resource sharing.
Progress Tracking: Monitor program performance, capture data, and provide reports to the Program Lead.
Community Building: Facilitate interactions between stakeholders to create a vibrant and collaborative ecosystem.
Qualifications:
4–7 years of experience in ecosystem building, project management, or startup support programs.
Strong organizational and operational skills with attention to detail.
Experience in managing partnerships and events.
Familiarity with local startup ecosystems and key players.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
