About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our HR & Recruitment team as interns. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and people operations while working with a fast-growing SaaS startup.

As an HR & Recruitment Intern, you’ll be directly involved in sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates, managing recruitment operations, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. If you’re someone who thrives in dynamic environments and loves working with people, this is your chance to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the complete recruitment process – from sourcing talent to onboarding.

  • Work hands-on with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, and official company pages for candidate engagement.

  • Conduct candidate screenings, initial interviews, and evaluations.

  • Collaborate with recruiters, vendors, and internal stakeholders to achieve hiring goals.

  • Gain exposure to account handling and broader people operations.
