Role Context

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Lead to spearhead our efforts in attracting more home sellers and buyers to our platform and enhancing our brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging both digital and physical/hyperlocal channels to drive growth. This role is crucial for our expansion strategy and requires a blend of creative marketing, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, or sales management roles, with strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to attract home sellers and buyers to the Truva platform.
  • Identify and leverage both digital and hyperlocal marketing channels to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Create and manage effective marketing campaigns across online platforms, including social media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to enhance brand presence and drive referrals.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize growth strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Monitor and measure the performance of all growth initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data and feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing technologies.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing or Brand Marketing roles, ideally in consumer brands or startups
  • Exceptional track record in past jobs / academics
  • Strong analytical and design thinking skills
  • Track record of being a hustler and getting things done

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the real estate or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving growth through digital and hyperlocal marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and improvement.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software.
