Technology Domain Expertise


  1. Work with development and design team to ensure payment flow is integrated smoothly into user interface and customer journey.
  2. Evaluate Payment Gate Options and come with suggestions on USP of SabPaisa product vis competition.
  3. Compare fees and Pricing structure- Propose competitive transaction fees, monthly fees, set up fees. Also come up with strategy for chargebacks. Refunds and international transactions.
  4. Assessing security and compliance as a Unique selling proposition for Sabpaise product as is a key differentiator.
  5. Analyzing integration capabilties -As a Product Manager you should analyze the payment gateways integration capabilties and compatibilities with your product technology stack.

Commercial Domain Expertise


  1. Drive the vision and delivery of new product and features
  2. Conduct Market research to identify potential features or releases and understand competition commercial offering
  3. Coordinate with GtoM team on launching new product features and market segments
  4. Identify the potential market segment and help build the sales strategy for the segement, (e.g Govt Banks/ PSU/Education institution/Utilities company)
    1. Subscription based strategy for Ecommerce
    2. Subscription based product offering for NBFC
    3. Education Board payment gateway- detail all the procedure
    4. Ecommerce Payment gateway offerings
    5. Hospital
    6. Referrals in industry segment/ Govt segment/Education segment/ E-governance segment
  1. Work with alliance with like minded complementary service providers create a new Product segment culture in the company
  2. Create Product line P &L
  3. Enhancement of the offering based on data and analytics on the performance
  4. Create Multiple web site pages for our offering
  5. Enhance customize payment gateway

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Fintech/Banking space

Studied from top B-Schools and IITs/IIM/FMS/IBS etc
